• 18/06/2010: celebration of the Great Fundraising Dinner of Fundebe to get funding for our project. It took place in the headquarters of the Spanish Royal Golf Federation.

  
  

We enjoyed the humour of the amazing Tony Antonio, and also had an emotionant raffle.

It was a complete success, obtaining a benefit of more than 9.500€, some new subscriptions and of course spreading the word further about the foundation and the project.

• 10/03/2010: "Saulo", the musical: the group "DamedeBeber", thanks to the collaboration of the University Francisco de Vitoria, who provides its magnificent auditorium, has played for us a musical based in Saint Paul's life: Saulo. More than 350 people learned about Fundebe and the school´s project and more than 2000 euros were collected, ¡a complete success!

• 26/12/2009: Donation from Germany: DANKE SCHÖN!:

Thanks to the excellent work of the (Beninese) Father Anatole Zoe spreading the word about our project in the communities where he is servicing these last years in Germany (St Amandus (Könen), St Aper (Wasserliesch), St Barbara (Oberbillig), St Peter und Paul (Tawern)) and to the Foundation Antonia Ruut

We have received an extraordinary donation, with which we will finance the construction of 3 classrooms of the school, which will bear the names of these generous communities as a symbol of our deep appreciation. So, this time in German: DANKE SCHÖN!, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

• 20/12/2009: Presentation of Fundebe and its project for the construction of a school delivered to the Association “School of Marriages”, being elected as beneficiary of their Christmas fundraising: THANKS!

• 20-30/11/09: November 2009 trip: Close to fulfil our objectives to collect funds to build the first module of our school, last November 2009 we travelled back to Benin to start up the construction phase. Here you will find all the results of the trip.

• 21-22/11/09: 2nd charitative second-hand market of Fundebe. Once again the results are spectacular: both financially (around 10.000€ collected, donations received, new subscriptions, etc) and as a communication tool to spread the knowledge about us and the project.

• 10-11/2009: On the other hand, it is remarkable that as a consequence of the Foundation work, the religious Company of The Saviour, responsible for the Mater Salvatoris school in Madrid, (they went to Benin as volunteers this past year), has shown a great interest on an educational project for girls in the same area as us.

• 30/ 10/ 2009: we celebrated the party of the first anniversary of the Foundation in the Sala Caravan, with the collaboration of the music group “El Beso de Errol” …More than 1,500 € were collected and we all enjoyed the great show.

• 12/07/09-13/08/09:  took place the third volunteers trip to Benin organized by the Foundation. The group was composed by students and old students from the Mater Salvatoris School in Madrid. They were accompanied by a nun and 2 teachers and 2 representatives of the Foundation. Here you may have more details and impressions.

• 28/03/2009: concert in favour to our project from the group “A contraluz” in the theatre of the Holy Family School in Madrid. More than 2,300 € collected and new people interested in cooperate with the Foundation.

• 22/02/2009: Theater play to support the Foundation, in the theater of the school of San Agustín. The group “Compañía Obra Magna” interprets “Usted tiene Ojos de Mujer Fatal", of  Enrique Jardiel Poncela. More than 2,000€ collected and our name is even better known.

• 19/12/2008: Show of the film Bella in the Cinema Palafox, a real success!

• 29/11/2008-7/12/2008: Big benefical flea market from Fundebe. THANK YOU ALL!.

• 25/10/2008 : Official presentation party of the project for the construction of the school, in Studio 42.

• 08/10/2008 We obtain the official answer from the the Registry of the Ministry of Education, Social Policies and Sports, assigning to the Foundation the registry number 1076 in that Registry.

• 02/10/2008 After presenting the project to the Caja de Ahorros de Navarra, we are assigned the project number 15.600, allowing the clients of this entity to vote it, and in this way, to provide funds for the construction of the school (click here for more information)
